What do I need to submit?

Your existing solar agreement is the essential document. If you have them, financing paperwork, a recent solar statement, a recent utility bill, change orders, or warranty documents help make the review more complete. PDF files are preferred.

How does the contract review work?

You complete a short intake, upload your documents, and choose how you would like to receive your review. A reviewer then reads your agreement and enters a written analysis into your account. The application does not analyze your contract automatically — a person does the review.

What types of solar agreements can be reviewed?

Loans, leases, power purchase agreements, and cash purchase agreements can all be submitted. If you are not sure which one you signed, you can select "Not sure" during intake.

How will I receive my results?

You choose. You can have the completed analysis delivered inside your account, or schedule a phone consultation to go through it with a reviewer. Either way, the written analysis is available in your dashboard.

What if more information is needed?

If a reviewer needs an additional document or detail, your dashboard will show an information request that explains what is needed and why. You can upload the document or respond in writing from that screen.

Can I ask questions about my review?

Yes. Your dashboard includes a secure questions area where you can send a question about your analysis and see the response. It is not a live chat — responses appear in your account.

How long does a review take?

Turnaround depends on the length and complexity of your agreement and the documents provided. You can track the current status and progress updates for your review at any time from your dashboard.

What happens after my analysis?

Accepted Answer

Your analysis stays available in your account. If additional next steps appear relevant based on the terms of your agreement, they are added to the Potential Options section of your dashboard. You can also ask follow-up questions or schedule a call.
